Meet Your Designer

About Me
I am an Instructional Designer based in Denver, Colorado. I am focused on building learner-centered experiences from ideation to roll-out. I love learning, collaborating, and using technology creatively to design. I am a former educator who has found some of my greatest rewards in effective coaching and teaching others. As part of a deliberate practice, my designs are rooted in adult learning theories and instructional design models. With me, you will find an expert collaborator who seeks to determine performance gaps and execute deliverables that support every learner's acquisition and application of skills and knowledge.
When I became an educator, Mary Kay was my mentor. I look up to her not just as a professional, but also as an individual. Mary Kay is hard working, creative and not afraid to tackle complex problems. Mary Kay is the type of curriculum creator that is not afraid to iterate in order to find what works best to accomplish learning objectives. I love working with her because she is a passionate leader, creative content and curriculum creator and one of the most hardworking individuals I know.
